Samuel L. Jackson, Luke Wilson & Leslie Bibb Head For Danger In MEETING EVIL
Samuel L. Jackson, Luke Wilson and Leslie Bibb are set to star in the upcoming thriller Meeting Evil based on the 1992 novel of the same name by Thomas Berger.
Luke Wilson will take a departure from his typical comedic roles to play John Felton, a real estate salesman dealing with depression after an economic collapse. After loosing his job, he ends up going on a joy ride with a stranger named Richie (Samuel L. Jackson) that brings them down a path towards violence. Leslie Bibb will play Felton’s wife.
Meeting Evil will be directed by Chris Fisher who is best known for directing S. Darko. The film marks one of a number of films recently being brought to Louisiana. Yesterday, it was announced that Cogan’s Trade (Brad Pitt) will be filmed in New Orleans and The Killing Game (which stars Samuel L. Jackson, Kellan Lutz and Nina Dobrev) finished filming in Baton Rouge last summer.
Meeting Evil is scheduled to begin shooting on January 8, 2011 in New Orleans.
