AMC Theatres’ 2011 Best Picture Showcase Details Announced
AMC Theaters has just announced the details about the 2011 Best Picture Showcase. The ten films nominated for Best Picture Oscar’s will be shown on a two day event as select theaters on February 19th and February 26th. Check out the details below:
Tickets will be on sale no later than Monday, January 31 at noon, although your local theatre may put them on sale ahead of time!
They will be offering two types of packages shown below:
Two-Day Pass – $60
- Good for all 10 films divided between both days
- $20 in AMC® Gift Cards divided between each day
One-Day Pass – $35
- Good for the scheduled 5 films on either day
- $10 AMC® Gift Card
Although no outside food or beverages are permitted at this event, admission price includes your FREE $10 AMC® Gift Card for each day attended, which can be used for concessions at the event.

24-Hour Marathon Pass – $50
- Good for all 10 films shown back-to-back on Saturday, February 26.
- Admission price includes a FREE $20 AMC Gift Card, which can be used for concessions on the day of the event.
