Formed in 2006, The Menzingers are a Scranton, PA raised, Philadelphia based punk band whose second full-length, “Chamberlain Waits” made it onto multiple 2010 “Best Of” lists, and who announced their signing to Epitaph Records earlier this month. “A Lesson in the Abuse of Information Technology” was originally released on Go-Kart Records in 2007 but never available on vinyl until now.

Mighter Than Sword Records is a Brooklyn, NY-based label who have released records by such bands as Transit, Such Gold, and Take Notice. They are also known for their 10th Anniversary Re-Issue Series, which consists of re-issues of modern punk classics by such heavy-hitters as Blink-182, The Movielife, and The Juliana Theory. Recently the label has been expanding into new territory with the release of John Joseph’s audio book, “The Evolution of a Cro-Magnon”, narrated by Joseph himself.
