Top 6 Christmas Movies and cool ELF Fan-Made Poster to get us in the Holiday spirit!
Our friends at Hopko Designs sent us this cool poster for Jon Favreau’s ELF to help gets us into the holiday spirit. I love December because there are so many Holiday movies on TV and great films being released in theaters.
In honor of this cool poster check out my Top Five Christmas Movies:
6. NATIONAL LAMPOON’S CHRISTMAS VACATION
This is my favorite “Vacation” movie of them all because it deals with Christmas, I also love it because Randy Quaid is hilarious in this won when he is dumping the RV’s septic tank in his bathrobe. A must-watch for me every holiday season!
5. SCROOGED
Bill Murray is great in this revisionist take on the classic tale. This movie should be one of the films on repeat in your home during the holiday time.
4. DIE HARD 1 and 2
My friend Ben Pearson of the Not Just New Movies Podcast reminded me of how awesome it is. These may not be traditional holiday movie, but I love them even more because of that fact.
3. LOVE ACTUALLY
The Holidays are about spending time with the ones you love and this movie is about finding the one you love during the holidays!
2. MIRACLE ON 34th STEET
This story has been redone so many times, but the original remains one of my favorites. I love the black and white version the best.
3. IT’S A WONDERFUL LIFE
Jimmy Stewart as an every man in a holiday movie – NUFF SAID
