The Evolution of Racing Video Games [Infographic]
First-person shooter games are my favorite, but racing video games are a close second. I remember playing Mario Kart 64 when I was in college. My friends and I would have epic races. That and Goldeneye (who didn’t love “big head” mode) were my favorite games on the N64.
Our friends at Team Sport sent us a cool infographic showing the evolution of racing video games. The infographic takes gamers on a “journey of how video game design and technology has evolved – from the very first black and white arcade game (Gran Trak 10) through to the “next-gen” technology of Gran Turismo 6 and Forza MotorSport 5.”
