I love a good ‘group cosplay’. Even when I was a kid, I used to try to get my friends together to be like, the cast of Scooby Doo, or Pokemon or whatever for Halloween–or any occasion really, whether it warranted dressing up or not. To this day, I get a huge kick out of seeing entire families and in costume. Like…everyone and their dog. Being in your early twenties usually means your friends have taken a sip of the cool aid and refuse to go to conventions or play dress up, which is why I love seeing other people do it so much.
Sure, we’ve probably all seen an assembly of frat boys sporting Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles costumes, families portraying the cast of Ghostbusters, and girl gangs in their Sailor Moon get up…the more, the merrier, as far as I’m concerned! If the awful pun in the title didn’t stop you from reading on, let’s have a look at some incredible multi-person cosplays from across the ever-growing costuming populace!
