WARCRAFT movie gets 2015 release date
Legendary Pictures has announced an official release date for Duncan Jones‘ Warcraft movie. The adaptation of the Blizzard Entertainment game is set to be released on December 18th, 2015. Warcraft will be the first movie that Universal will release under the Legendary Pictures banner.
Jones is co-writing the the film with the help of Charles Leavitt. Jones has done some amazing work with Moon and Source Code so I am looking forward to seeing his take on the film. 2015 is definitely the year of Geek movies, and I can’t wait. I have never played the video game, but know it is an epic game with millions of fans. That will hopefully equal massive success at the box office. So many movies based on video games have not done well, but lets hope that Warcraft is awesome.
