The Battlestar Galactica movie has found a home at Universal. Variety reports that the studio is planning on reimagining the story for the big screen.

The story focused on humans battling a cybernetic race known as the Cylons while searching for Earth. The show came back to the small screen in 2009 for four seasons on SyFy, and starred Edward James Olmos and Mary McDonnell.
