Mike White Has Dropped Out Of PRIDE AND PREJUDICE AND ZOMBIES
Mike White has dropped out as the director of the film adaptation of Seth Grahame-Smith‘s Pride and Prejudice and Zombies.
According to Deadline, “White had a preexisting commitment at HBO, and they couldn’t make schedules mesh.” White made the following comment:
I loved the project and looked forward to working with Lionsgate. Unfortunately, the timing could not be worked out. I wish them the best with the movie.
This is a shame, White would have done a great job directing the film. I am confident that they can find someone to replace him that will do a great job, even maybe a better job.
